I am a self-taught living foods chef whose journey began in the heart of Philadelphia, feeding my community with living, vibrant food and a deep knowing that what we eat is inseparable from who we are.
I trained at the Sunfired Culinary Institute, where I learned the sacred art of raw food science, electric cuisine — the philosophy that the sun is the ultimate chef, and that the most nourishing food is food that still carries its life force.
My culinary education took me through the most refined kitchens in Jamaica, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Ghana, and New York — each city adding a new layer of wisdom, technique, and soul to my craft.
In 2024, I walked across the stage at Le Cordon Bleu Paris — the most prestigious culinary institution in the world — and brought the full circle of my journey into a single, defining moment of pure manifestation.
